Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with original packaging when applicable.

For regular returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item was significantly misrepresented or not as described, Pretty by Design will cover the return shipping cost. Once the item is received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
